If you have an account with Gloriawarren.com, after your purchase, you’ll see a My Orders link which lists all of your purchases. Through this page, you can download all the files associated with your order.
Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card, confirmation might take a few minutes.
You’ll receive a download notification email when your Digital Item is ready to be downloaded.
I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an account with Gloriawarren.com
If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
I can’t find my download notification email.
First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If you're still having trouble locating it, email us here and we'll can resend the download link to you.
For now, you can still get to your file using the directions below.
Can I access my digital purchases from within my account?
To access your digital files from your account:
Sign in to Gloriawarren.com and go to Your account.
Go to My Orders.
Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
After purchase, you have a 30 day window to download your file before the link expires. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.
If your payment is still processing, the Download Files won't be available.
I’m having trouble downloading my files.
If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.
If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact us here for further assistance.
If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type. Please contact us here to see what program(s) you may need.

1 on 1 Coaching Sessions Via Zoom Video Conferencing
If you have Booked a private 1on1 session through Gloriawarren.com, you will receive a confirmation email immediately following the finalization of your transaction.
How do I access the Intake Form for my first initial session.
The Intake Form link is located within your confirmation email including your booked date and time. This email is only accessible once transaction is done pending and complete. If you're still having trouble locating your Intake Form, contact us here.
I logged on to my session but was unable to start my video.
Zoom Video Conferencing requires you to download their app onto the device you plan to use for your sessions. If you are having trouble opening up the sessions, try downloading the app instead of trying to access through browser.
Why do I keep missing my sessions?
All sessions are conducted on Eastern Standard Time. If you need a time converter, click here to convert your time so that in the future you will know the approximate time for when your sessions will be held.

If you have purchased a subscription to The Eloquent Wife Academy, you will receive an immediate confirmation email including all details and access links to all classes, resources, groups, and forum according to the Tier you selected. To access, login with the email you used to subscribe to TEW Academy.
How do I access the archived classes.
Why can't I see all classes within the archive.
Depending on your subscription plan you chose for TEW Academy will determine how many classes are accessible to you monthly. If you would like to access all classes, upgrade your plan to Eloquent Wife Elite™ plan here.
What to do when the class playback keeps buffering?
If you are having trouble watching the class playback clearly, it could be that your web browser isn't receiving a good internet signal. All classes are available in 1080 HD.
Private Streaming of Video Bundles
When you purchase an ECourse from Gloriawarren.com, you will receive a confirmation email immediately following the completion of your transaction with the passcode needed to start streaming your course.
I'm having trouble entering my passcode.
The passcode needed to stream your course is case sensitive. Once you enter the passcode exactly the way it is displayed in your email, you will be able to access your courses.
How long do I have before my ECourse expires?
As long as Gloriawarren.com is offering this ECourse, you will have an unlimited lifetime access to stream all the courses within your bundle.
Can I share my ECourse with a close relative?
All passcodes are specific to your account and can't be transferred. You can purchase an eGift Card and have it sent as a gift to the person of your choice to purchase the ECourse of their choice.
