Effective Communication In Marriage

As a wife, you carry so many different responsibilities and wear so many hats - and if you aren't intentional about your marriage, you can become lost in the sea of "busyness" and never recognize that the relationship with your husband is dwindling.

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣? || it is the imparting or exchanging of information or news.

When you can no longer communicate effectively, your marriage will suffer.

It takes 2 people to build a marriage - and if you are building a godly marriage, it has to be nurtured and handled with grace, love, and constant realigning to the word of God.

Through this realigning, it should provoke healthy communication to work out the needs, dislikes, and misunderstandings of the other - and the word of God will teach you how to resolve issues in a godly manner that won't cause harm in the process.

It's no secret that satan is after families and seeks for a doorway of entrance to your home. As the keeper of the home, if you're out of alignment, who is watching over the home? How are you able to receive divine instructions from God concerning "how to pray" if you are never able to set aside personal time to pray?

This is the hour where you are needed most! Rise up, allow the Lord Jesus to give you wisdom on how to navigate your day to day life, and by all means, never stop communicating.

A simple, "I love you" can go a long way. It's the gentle and quiet spirit of the wife (the Bible says) that can even win the heart of the husband that's stubborn or don't believe in Jesus.

This life is temporal. When you are done giving yourself to your job, several ministries, counseling sessions, homework with the kids, or whatever it is that you do, make sure it never crosses the path that interferes with the time you have for your spouse. Eccl 4
