I think it's safe to say that life isn't perfect and occasionally has served some very hard, unpredictable situations. Specifically today, I want to encourage my sister dealing with infertility to give your husband permission to love you during this difficult season.
It's okay to let him cradle you.
It's okay to let him minister to you.
Many times, we want to be super woman and not let even our husband see us cry! But God graced you that you wouldn't have to walk through this alone. Grace him and listen to him.
"He doesn't understand what I'm going through so his input is pointless..."
I charge this way of thinking!
Is this not a trial for him as well?
Is it not his seed that he desires to bring forth into the world as well?
May we always remember to grace one another. Certain situations can wound a person to the core, and anything dealing with children can especially do that.
Forgive. This is not your fault.
Forgive. This is not his fault.
Jesus sees, He knows, and He cares.
Pray together in unity and believe God to miraculously turn your situation around. The Lord is never the author of confusion but can always flourish in unity.
Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.
